Myers (illness) is expected to draw back into the lineup for Game 3 on Friday, per Adam Kimelman of NHL.com.
Myers was dealing with the flu, which caused him to miss Game 2 against the Predators on Tuesday, Thomas Drance of The Athletic reports.
The huge (6'8") defenseman skates well for a player of his size, and he has a longer reach with his stick than almost anyone in the NHL. He can play big minutes as a shutdown defender, although he sometimes has trouble with quicker players and occasionally is a little loose when handling the puck. Can also be a factor on both special teams. His big point shot can lead to tips and rebounds.
Long Range Potential: Massive minute-devouring defenseman.
